4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Shipping Regions

We ship globally, but deliveries to some parts of Asia and other remote areas may be subject to extended timelines or restrictions. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 3 business days of any delivery issues, including:

• Missing items
• Visible damage to packaging or products
• Incorrect items received

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in the same condition as received
• Items must be unopened or unused
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All Fly Tying Materials (including Chenille and Beads)
• All Clearance items (including Clearance Flies and Clearance Fly Fishing gear)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
• Include your order number and product details
• Wait for instructions and return authorization number
• Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the authorization number

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until we receive the package.

5.4 Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5.5 Exchanges

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
