Shipping Policy

We strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you can spend less time waiting and more time fishing.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
  • Shipping Methods & Times:
    • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping Region: We are proud to ship our products globally! Please note that deliveries to some parts of Asia and other remote areas may be subject to extended timelines or restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: Final Sale Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of certain products, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • All Fly Tying Materials (including Chenille and Beads)
  • All Clearance items (including Clearance Flies and Clearance Fly Fishing gear)
This policy is in place because it is difficult to verify the condition of these items once their original packaging has been opened. Thank you for your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will promptly email you a return authorization number and the shipping address for your return. Please do not send anything back without this authorization number, as we cannot process unidentified returns.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your original packing slip or a note with your name and order number. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until we receive the package.
  4. We Process Your Request: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Please note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
